Working with Melissa is like working with a smarter and fresher version of my heart. She took all the ramblings and tangents I dumped and not only helped me to define the brands voice so clearly, but she continues to time and time again pull out these beautifully magical expressions of the brand in the collateral she continues to create for us. I was hesitant about the investment at first, but I sincerely believe she is worth every dollar. She took the brand to a place I didn't even know existed. And now, I get weekly comments on my new brand (even 6 months after the launch).

Melissa pulled out all these thoughts inside of us (even some we didn’t know were there) with these beautiful prompts, taking our crazy unorganized chaos and turning it into the most delightful branding journey (no really, it was a delight) where we walk away with a genuine expression of our brand and an organized and detailed way to incorporate it. I could tell from Melissa's website that she was a talented designer, but what surprised me the most was how organized she was. I found myself taking her systems and asking other vendors to be as organized and professional as she was.

Beyond the assets that fully embody and express our brand’s heart and persona, I was BLOWN AWAY at the brand guidelines she presented us with. This document answered questions we didn’t even know we had, and has made it seamless to introduce new vendors to our brand and brand assets. Once again, Melissa made us look so good, and saved us time and energy. This is just another example of why Melissa stands out from other designers and earns every penny.
